Our first order did get damaged but they responded to my email as quickly as they could and sent out a replacement. Picture replacement came a slightly different color from the original but we ended up liking it better.

We absolutely love Poodled. This was our 3rd order from them. They were awesome to work with and were patient and understanding when we requested changes. They were able to capture the likeness and personality of our pets so wonderfully.
The original package came damaged (frame and print) and within a few days a new package was on the way. We are giving this as an elopement gift to one of our friends! 10/10 would order again.
I wanted a cartoon of my son and his bride for their wedding. I googled places to draw this. I sent the request to various sites. When the results came in, the best drawing by far was from Poodled. That is the one we are using. I am printing it on cocktail napkins, making stickers for favors and using it wherever I can brand something. The first drawing they sent me was almost perfect. When i requested an adjustment they made it. The only small comment I will make is that the adjustment took a while to make. I would have thought they could turn that around quickly.
In the end, they got me the drawing on time and I am thrilled. I would definitely use them again.
